MeiMei Fox has worked for over a decade as a professional writer, co-author, and freelance editor of non-fiction books including “The Art of Happiness in a Troubled World” by Howard Cutler, MD and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, "Infinite Life" by Robert Thurman, PhD, and "Brand Hijack" by Alex Wipperfurth, PhD. Her articles have appeared in Self, Stanford magazine, and online at Forbes.com and MSNBC. She is currently putting the finishing touches on her own memoir, “Ten Days of Silence.”

MeiMei graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University with a BA and MA in psychology. After a brief stint as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, she left the corporate world to follow her dreams and live from the heart.

In addition to her writing career, MeiMei works as a life coach and yoga instructor. She completed a MA in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2005. She teaches yoga at a studio in San Francisco, leads personal development workshops, and meets individually with clients to inspire them to achieve their dreams: www.meimeifox.com

MeiMei -- whose Chinese name ("little sister") was given to her by her Mandarin-speaking brother shortly after her birth in Hong Kong -- grew up in Washington D.C. and Hawaii. She has enjoyed a lifelong passion for travel and adventure, living in Taiwan, Paris, and Costa Rica and spending as much time as possible on the road.
