Watershed: Middle South Platte-Cherry Creek

After a whole day rolling on the endless highways through this seemingly endless country we feasted on 100% Nebraskan sirloin steak (after all Nebraska is America's number one producer of red meat) at the Whiskey Creek steakhouse in Kearney last night.

A real postcard sunset sunk under the horizon next to a giant US flag on the side of the road and completed this absolutely American experience for the Parisian that I am.
